Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY Orders are secure and will reach the end customer. All our orders are processed the same day they are administered on our website, unless the order has been registered on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the next working day. We always guarantee delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products. Once the order has been verified, it is processed within 1/6 days and shipped to the delivery address. All our products leave our premises 1/6 days after the order is placed. We ship to all countries by ship, allowing us to offer an international service. Estimated average times: Normally: 12-20 days depending on product demand .... In specific cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Black Monday, Christmas, etc...) or logistical issues, shipping may take 3 to 4 weeks. If the product does not arrive within 50 days, you will be refunded for lost/unsent orders. All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that can facilitate the delivery of your order.


Consider 

*If the customer does not put the correct address on the order and does not notify us minutes after the order (before the shipment and package is processed) and the package can not be delivered to be the wrong address, there will be no option to refund and a next shipment of the package will be borne by the customer and buyer. *In the event that at the time of delivery of the order is not able to contact the customer proceeds to notify via mailbox and if in X days the package is not collected from the office notified, it will be sent to the factory again having lost the package without the option of reimbursement. *In the event that the shipment has already been made it will not be possible to change the delivery address as shipments are under the delivery of external companies EMBOS and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been sent from the warehouse, so the customer is responsible for the loss of the package in case of not having indicated the correct address, has changed home or similar. Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time. EMBOS is not responsible under any circumstances for any taxes, duties or tariffs applied to the shipment or fees that may be applied at customs for the package purchased, so the buyer and customer of EMBOS will be responsible for providing the required value at customs without being able to process a refund.
